Offline Downloads: ASMR Without Wi-Fi
You can download mixes and podcast episodes in Tingles ASMR to play without internet. Here's how, the free limit, and how to remove them.
Downloads let you listen on a plane, on a train, or anywhere with patchy signal.
What you can download
- Mixes. Tap Download mix on the mix player.
- Podcast episodes. Tap Download episode in the episode player.
Sound playlists and YouTube videos can’t be downloaded. Videos always need a connection.
A mix’s sounds are also kept on your phone once you’ve played them, so mixes you’ve listened to usually work offline even without downloading. Downloading makes sure every sound is there.
The free limit
The free plan keeps 5 downloads, mixes and episodes counted together. When you hit the limit, only new downloads are blocked. Your existing downloads keep playing, and you can always remove one to make room. Premium has no limit.
Finding and removing downloads
- Tap the Downloads tile on Home to see everything you’ve downloaded. Remove an item with Remove download.
- Settings → Other → Storage Management shows how much space downloads use, separately from the temporary cache. Clear cache frees space without deleting your downloads.
